CREATIVE DIRECTION.

The project leaned into a timeless hockey feel, using warm tones, vintage sports textures, pennant shapes, and classic trading card inspiration to create something familiar but polished. The goal was to give the Blades’ player IDs, matchups, and logo moments a nostalgic arena identity with modern motion and clean presentation.

TOOL KIT.

The toolkit was built around layered paper textures, retro typography, pennant-inspired graphic shapes, player card layouts, logo animation systems, and warm color treatments. Subtle distressing, matte transitions, looping background textures, and modular layout structures helped create a cohesive system that could support player IDs, matchup graphics, and branded in-venue moments.
